Anna-Marie is seeking funding to mature and deepen this work, so that it can be of better service to the world. In particular, she is seeking funders for:

1. A time-bound research project that would mature this work (and share its findings for free), and

2. The founding of ‘Sea Spray’, a not-for-profit ecological organisations action enquiry node that would facilitate the learning and development of our understanding of ecological organisations, design and share free toolkits and guides for organisational leaders, stewards, and guides, and act as a central, enlivening node in a growing network of practising ecological organisations.

1. A time-bound research project in 2025 supporting four differing organisations to start applying Ecological Organisations: A Design Lens to their ideas and actions.

Project findings will not only deepen and mature this work but will be summarised and shared for free, so becoming available to any organisational founder, leader, or guide wanting to steward organisations into being more ecological.

1. Founding ‘Sea Spray’, a not-for-profit ecological organisations action enquiry node.

Sea Spray will facilitate the learning and development of our understanding of ecological organisations, design and share free toolkits and guides for organisational leaders, stewards, and guides, and act as a central, enlivening node in a growing network of practising ecological organisations.

Anna-Marie is seeking funding for an initial two years to enable her and two full-time colleagues to set up Sea Spray and initiate the above capacities and offerings.
